Welcome to my blog. Come on in and keep your shoes on; you can never tell when one of the hounds might have an accident. No sense in stepping something potentially toxic if you don't need to...I digress.
I have been thinking of having a blog for quite a while but have decided to start one now for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is employers are less than thrilled about employee blogs. I actually have time to devote to writing one as I recently finished grad school and have found that two years of job hunting within my workplace have amounted to nada. For those scoring at home, I have applied for over 75 positions over the past year with no interviews much less offers.
Ideally,the reader will find my writing to be funny, irreverent, a bit off center, and hopefully entertaining as life is too short and stressful to be taken so seriously.
